If you want to make a report which consist of only one page try to use Format triggers with SRW.Get_Page_Num function.
In that case you'll get second blank page. So, you'll have two pages. But it's no problem if you will use BLANKPAGES='No' runtime parameter.
I've just checked it. It works :)
