First of all, Thanks a lot.
I have already connected to WEBDB for a while and even browsed database objects after installation.

But now, after refreshing the WEBDB Listener, the login box is displayed, username and password is entered and the following message is shown " Database Log In Failed "
and WEBDB Listener is down again.

What's wrong with Listener?
