Oracle Designer Seeded Repository Database Password

Hello All,

I just installed the seeded repository database as part of the installation of Oracle Designer 2.1 I'm using Personal Oracle 8. My question is, how do I shut down the database? What is the username (INTERNAL?) / password for shutting down this database?

I'm running on NT 4.0 workstation.
