Data Warehouse SIG 1999 Summer Offsite Conference

During the Spring '99 OAUGSM Conference in San Diego, Greg Daley, president of the OAUGSM Data Warehouse SIG (OAUGSM DWHSIG), announced the 1999 Summer Conference to be held in San Francisco on 15-16 July 1999. The conference theme "Planning a Data Warehouse Project" addresses the complex business issues that confront managers and their staff.

Conference presentations will include workshops on scoping and planning a data warehouse project, identifying business requirements, and developing the data warehouse architecture. In addition, Oracle speakers

will be present to discuss Oracle's Business Intelligence products.

Hear users sharing their data warehouse project experiences. This is a great opportunity to learn from people who "have been there, done that."

Join us at Marriott San Francisco for two days of intensive learning!

The OAUGSM DWHSIG addresses topics relevant to the installation, configuration, implementation, maintenance and continued support of Oracle Data Warehouse products both Multi-Dimensional and Relational for

Oracle Applications.

The OAUGSM DWHSIG works to improve processes, documentation, software, and other items related to data warehousing through active participation

in the Oracle enhancement process, development of materials and programs, and the exchange of information.
