I don't think you can. .SQL scripts are for SQL/PLUS, an Oracle tool with its own separate command language and command syntax. While some commands are similar to PL/SQL, such as everyting inside a DECLARE block, other things are completely unique to SQL/PLUS, such as DEFINE, PROMPT, ACCEPT, SET ECHO, SET FEEDBACK, etc....
