Re: Installing Designer 6.0 on NT

You're missing two grants:
GRANT EXECUTE ON SYS.DBMS_PIPE TO <your repository owner>; GRANT ECEUTE ON SYS.DBMS_LOCK <your repository owner>;

Then do the 'Compile Invalid Objects' from the RAU again.
