Under the applications tab is the iWorkplace application present with the OAS manager? I had this problem with 1.0.0.1 but not with 1.0.0.0. I had to manually install the iWorkplace Application from CD 1 (I Think)? If you haven't got the application icon there is an install script for the iWorkplace application on CD1. Let me know if you want the file spec.
