Easy as pie!
Use the owains.sql package (installed with your OAS) this will create
several packages
the most important of which is htp. Using the htp.p call you can print from
pl/sql to the web
there's some other stuff that needs to be done on the web-server admin
page:
- configure a DAD
- configure an agent
- restart the machine / webserver processes
