Email from Forms and/or PL/SQL package

Has anybody managed to sent Email's from either Forms (5.0) or from within a PL/SQL package that is stored in the database.

Has anybody managed to sent Email's from either Forms (5.0) or from within a PL/SQL package that is stored in the database.
I need to sent an Email using Microsoft Outlook 98 from within an Oracle application.
Any help would be appreciated.
