I installed the ORacle drivers and DLL but when i wanted tu start the ODBC test i hace the message TNS:Connection impossible
I see the OBCD and ORACLE.ini but i don't know if there is something strange
Can somebody give me the procedure tin install my PC on W95 with à 16 bit Oracle driver
