Problem: pragma restrict_references(function,WNDS) in 7.1

I have a big problem with the next sentence in a stored Package:

pragma restrict_references(CAMBIAR_QUERY,WNDS);

In release 7.2.3 it works, but not in 7.1.4., in this release when I try to compile the function Oracle gives me the error ORA-01403 if I comment the pragma directive then compile ok.

Somebody can help me?. The function is right.
