Oracle Graphics scatter chart, how to display values

Hey,
In Oracle Graphics in a scatter chart, is it possible to click on one of the plotted values and display the value of it in a text field. Example: I have a scatter chart which displays account numbers, and i want to display the account number when i click on one.
