help with oracle reports 3.0

i have to develop several reports by 05/17/99. i am using reports v3.0. however, i am using the book "Developing Client/Server Applicaitons with Oracle Developer 2000". By. Paul Hipsley. The version of reports in his book different than the the version i am using. (1) can anyone tell me what version he is using. (2). can anyone recommend a book or website that provides several examples in the 3.0 environment. (3). can you create Master/Detail reports since the option is not listed in the report wizard. (4) is the report wizard and default layout the same?
