Hi Chris:
From those I've talked to, JDeveloper 2 is based on JBuilder 2 and is Java 1.2 capable.
Also, it doesn't look like JBuilder 3 is that much of a step forward from version their version 2, so I'm not sure if it matters all that much. What have you heard?
