one form - many tables

I want to have a generic block to show some fields of a table (this will be in a template form).
The table depends on the form where the block is. All tables have the same fields.

Form template - block control

Form X - Block X1 for table X + block control Form Y - Block Y1 for table Y + block control

When I'm using Form X, the block control whill show (only show) the "control" fields of table X.
When Form Y, block control shows Y's field.

Can this be done ?
Any sugestion ?
