Any way to upload a CSV file with long filename in Forms 5?

Hi, have anyone tried uploading a CSV file with long filename in Forms 5. Currently, i'm using the TextIO function in PL/SQL (v2.3) to upload CSV file. It's very tedious and cannot support long filename. I don't know anything about OCI but am willing to try if that is the only solution. BTW, is there a way to save a CSV file with long filename in Forms 5. I know Reports 3 can do it but i would have to call Reports just to save the file which is abit troublesome.
