Connecting to Oracle 8.0 Server on NT.

Hello,
I have installed Oracle 8.0 and developer 2000 on NT. I am able to
connect to the
database using SQL Plus but am having trouble with Procedure Builder and
Forms.
It says it cannot connect to the database with error ORA-12154. I have
made entries in t he TNSNAMES.ORA file using SQL Net easy config. But it
still gives me an error. Could you guys suggest what I should do to
rectify the problem.
