[Quoted] I think you should scrap your current version of the form. Create a new one, and follow the menus to create a default master-detail form.
You will find that the detail block will
fill with the matching rows when you
1 Display a valid record in the first block
2 Move to the 2nd (detail) block and execute a query.
The form will do the work of your cursor for you.
Later, you can spend many happy hours automating it with key & event triggers
