Checking for the occurance of a referenced bloke in forms 4.5

I have a change to make to a referenced block, which is present in a number of forms. The system I am working on consists of hundreds of forms, so all the forms which use the referenced block will need to be recomplied. anybody know of a quick way of finding out which forms contain the referenced block.
