Hi,
I had a bad experience using it as a client/server tool. The non-developer user installation package didn't work (i.e., just the executables). I was able to install it as a developer, however. We wound up using Access to view the data.
I recommended Reports to my client; that bug was fatal.
I don't know if Oracle has fixed it yet.
