It sounds like the display settings on your user's pc are different than on yours. Are you using "Small Fonts" and the other "Large Fonts"?

That is what the problem sounds like. Set everyone's pc to Small Fonts -- using the large fonts setting is just a way of trying to make characters larger when you have used a higher resolution: 1024x768 instead of 800x600, for example. If the user can't see the small fonts resolution, then drop to the lower screen size settings, but keep the small fonts.
