Designer and ORA-8103

Hello
I have a problem on reverse engineering a database with Designer 1.3.2 (Client: Win NT, Repository DB: 7.3.2.3.0, DB to reverse eng.: 7.2.3.0.0)
After retrieving the data of tables and columns the designer crashes on constraints or indexes with an ORA-8103: object no longer exists.
What is going wrong here? I have absolutely no idea. Any suggestions please.
