Overriding Forms' Defaults Alerts

I am having trouble finding a way to override the default alerts generated by Forms e.g. after saving the contents of a form. Is there a way to modify the behaviour of COMMIT_FORM so that I won't have to write trigger for all the events from scratch.

The alerts generated by oracle are, of course, in English and the users only speak Greek.
