Hello !
I'm using Forms V5.0 / Oracle-DB V7.3.3 with automatic sequence-numbers generated by ':SEQUENCE.xx_seq.nextval' as the value of the object with new records (statement 'next_record'). The error occurs approx. each 10 days / after 50000 inserts. The manual just says 'Internal Error'. The execution of the trigger-code continues but no new record is generated.
