Multi-org setup of Applications 11.0.2

I'm trying to enable multi-org on an 11.0.2 financials installation. I get several errors like the following during the conversion:

ORA-20000: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist Cursor SQL statement:
SELECT ROWID FROM JE_ES_MESSAGES_ALL WHERE ORG_ID IS NULL American english is the only language installed. Anyone experience this? So far, Oracle support has been useless. Thanks.
