logging on to Forms

I have a form that calls another form using Call_form function. The calling form has an On-logon trigger that logs on User1 and then does some processing, logout and logon as User2 and then run the called form. However when trying to logon as User2 the On-logon fires and logs on as User1 as expected. It works OK if I create a desktop shortcut and put userid on the command line as User1 and delete the on-logon trigger within the calling form. However for security reasons I must logon User1 from within the calling form without having an initial logon screen. I have looked at pre and post logon triggers but no joy. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
