Connection problem from windows 95 to Oracle Server 7.3

I am using a traditional chinese windows 95, and installed the oracle client software whose version is 7.3.2.2.0

After completing the installion of Oracle client software, The error occurs when I try to connect to the oracle server. The error message is as below:

SQLSTATE : IM003
Native error code : 160
Driver message: System error 1157 ( oracle 73 )

Indeed, the driver message is in chinese characters form, I translate it, and wish someone can help me.

My question is :
1. What should I do ?

Supplimentary information.

1. Oracle server run on the sun spark server.
2. Windows 3.1 can connect to Oracle server.
3. Windows 95 can ping the Oracel server successfully.
4. The installation of Oracle client software is also traditional chinese
