Personal Oracle 7 Problem

I've installed Personal Oracle 7 on my Windows 95 machine and it works fine. However, when I want to connect to a network database, the database fires up and then I get an error message "no network interface driver". This didn't happen before when I had only Oracle 7 client.

What settings do I need to make so that I connect to the personal database only when I choose "2:" as the server?
