It turned out to be a 'wrong' libtcl.so. I'm running on RedHat 5.2 and Oracle has build everything against RedHat 5.1 which had a lower version (libtcl8.0.12 or so ...) You can't lower the version on the RedHat 5.2 installation because it ruins the complete thing. So, it's a bug and we have to wait on Oracle to fix this, the Agent is not very important to me. It's just the only thing that went wrong .....
