Q(dev2k):Can i use other files in forms....?

my client want to save these files to database(Oracel 7.3) and wanna use in forms(using calling other window programs...
in dev2k forms,is there any way to use other window file(such as bmp,jpg,doc,xls,....)?( like the way above)?
it'll be ok if it is possible that users can save any file to database although users cannot use these files in forms.
