career change

I have no programming experience however, you have to start somewhere and am trying to decide if Oracle or Microsoft Certification [Quoted] (SQL 7) is the best place to go. I just started a personal Oracle class and am finding it very easy so far (although I doubt that Personal Oracle is even giving me a taste of what is to come). I am most interested in hearing from anyone who has tackled Oracle without a programming background and any other advice that anyone may have on this career move.
