integrating chart items in forms... HELP!!!

Hi
Im attempting to open an ogd file from with forms, but during run time nothing appears,
other than an empty frame.
Ive tried using og.open and run_product in the when_new_block_instance trigger, and nothing works :(
The chart itself was built to perform an autoquery on execution so Im not passing any data
betwwen forms and the graphic.

I realize its going to be something very simple/easy that Ive over looked, but I could really
