Reports 3.0 / PageMargins on printed table

The reports I design are mostly for simply printing. There I'd like to have margins at least on top and on the left of 1 centimeter (about 0.39"). So, I configured my 'File - Page Setup' to have margins. My reports start totally in the left upper border - printed out and had my margins - ok.

Report saved, closed, report re-opened, margins are away and the printer-standard-margin are actual. But each printer has different standard-margins, so I can't simply start my report (in design time) a bit more to the right and down... those printer margins are added when printed out.

Or is there a way to work around these margins?
