developer server config wizard needed!

Hi there-

I am in the process of setting up the Dev2K cartridge for App Server 4, and have followed the manuals exactly, and it doesn't work.

I've talked to some people at Oracle and they say to use the Configuration Wizard, but I can't find it anywhere.

Can someone point me to it?
