You can windows help using the WIN_HELP built-in or WIN_API_SHEL.WINEXEC programs. These two are in the D2KWUTIL.pll that comes with the Demos.
Then you can call winhlp32.exe -i TOPIC_ID YOURFILE.APP to invoke specific topics.
