Fonts and JInitiator

I am hoping that someone can provide some insight and pointers. I am looking for any documentation on how to modify the fonts as used with Webforms (1.6.1) and Jinitator. I know that font aliasing is supposed to work. If any one can direct me to any documentation I'd appreciate it.
