Error during dataimport with IMP73

Hi !
I get the following error when I use imp73.exe under WinNT4 Server:

IMP-00003: Oracle-Error 1658 found
ORA-01658: Unable to create initial extent on tablespace ARSYSTEM.

Is it possible to create an automatic expansion of the segments in this tablespace ?
I don't want to use the Enterprise Manager for this.
