forms help and documentation

Hi there,
haven#t taken a peek in here a long time since, so please be patient
with me, if this was a recent
thread...
I want to document my forms applications. Is there a standard
way of doing this ?
I thought of setting up some tables, which contain the doc infos of
these applications. These tables
would then be queried to create html-files. Anyone done this before
?
How would I incorporate online-help in a forms application ?
I appreciate any help on this topic.
