    YOU CAN USE PO7 on a remote machine! In order to do that you have to     edit listener.ora on PO7 machine and execute command "lsnrctl start".

    You must set PRESPAWN_MAX and PRESPAWN_LIST in listener.ora file     as described in "Prespawned Dedicated Server Processes" topic     in "Understanding SQL*Net" (Release 2.3 Part No. A42484–1 for example).
