On the Oracle Technology Network (http://technet.oracle.com), follow the link under Free Software for Migration Workbench. There, you will be able to download a Migration Workbench, which presently supports conversion from Microsoft SQL Server 6.5 to Oracle 8.0. There are also links there for platform conversion kits for many non-Oracle datasources.

The Oracle Technology Network has free registration.
