Transforming sequential Data

Iīve got some sequential tables that I need to import into an Oracle PC database. There are no hyphens (25 numbers in a row). I know where the hyphens must be, but I donīt know how to set them automatically. Doing it manually (three files with 15000 rows each) would kill my right wrist and arm I fear, aside from the time it would cost. Does anybody know a software that can set hyphens within sequential data files?
