GPF encountered when running two VB modules concurrently with SQL*NET 2.3.2.1.3 and ODBC 1.15.3.1.0

Currently, I am having a big problem. Please help !!! 8-(
When open 2 VB modules concurrently without doing anything at the pc for about 10 minutes or less, encountered GPF fault:
ns.dll at 0001:9F1E
odbc.dll at 0002:1095
Already confirmed that the ns.dll (179,863 bytes
date: 16/4/96)is in my search path P:\ORAWIN\BIN
and odbc.dll (56,246 3/3/95)is also in the search
path C:WINDOWS\SYSTEM. Pls advise.
