Oracle Objects for OLE & EXCEL

I've installed it all but when I try the included example it falls over on the first CreateObject statement and clearly can't find OracleInProcServer.

Has anyone used OO for OLE and Excel and got it working. Is there some subtle [Quoted] step that is missing from the install docs or something to do with Excel.
