Re: designer/2000 mishap!

Just "drop user REP_OWNER cascade" to uninstall repository. Where REP_OWNER is the repository owner user. Then create it again :)

But first you can try to use RAU for check missing objects by "View Objects" button (Des2k 2.1.x). Then you can use "Recreate" button.
