Hi,
I am using Developer/2000 version 1.6.1 on Windows NT 4. I am trying to attach a PL/SQL library file (PLL) to a form and keep getting the following error :-
PDE-PLI038 Cannot open file for use as a PL/SQL library.
Can anyone shed some light on what the problem might be ?
