Forms 3 - Y2K Usable

Come the year 2000 there will still be version 3 Oracle Forms running. Does anyone know of any reasons why the forms designer will not work effectively as a tool for maintaining old code once the big day arrives. I had heard that there is a problem if the sytem date format is set to dd/mm/yyyy.
