Yes,
On a Solaris2.6 system I am both running D2K/v.2.1 reports (3.0) and
D2K/v1.6.1 reports (2.5). I just created a small script file for the
version2.1 and executing it in an xterm when I want to use the latest
version (2.1) - this is especially important when some of your customers are
still using the older runtime environment .
