Learning Oracle

Hi everybody, I'm new to Oracle products. I need information and advice from all Oracle developers in regarding to Developer 2000. I'm thinking in taking an intensive course in learning PL/SQL, FORMS and REPORTS, then take the exam to obtain OCP. Are there any jobs out there for someone who is fresh out from school with Oracle tools, However has lots of experience in other developing tools.
