Help with Oracle to Text files

I have an Oracle database running under SCO Xenix. I need to dump the data in the tables into text files unto the hard drive or the 3.5" floppy. I know DOS and SQL, but not Xenix or Oracle specifically. Currently, I can sign on as a user, but not as DBA. Any suggestions or assistance would be appreciated.
