OAS 4.0 Problem on NT 4.0 SP3

We have OAS 4.0.7 and Oracle 805 installed on the same DELL NT 4.0 box. We are trying to enable trx. When creating the DTC we get an error saying it cannot reach the remote host. Wrong! They are the same!

Any ideas? Support says it is the box. Now they say there are issues with 805 and they want us to go to 804. (making an angry face because I cannot believe they are saying their latest OAS does not work with their latest DB release)
